The Finer Details…

Weekend Convention

Where?

Our weekend convention will take place at The Venue at Greenbrier Estate, 2855 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. The venue is listed on Google Maps. Parking will be available on the premises but we encourage people to take our shuttles running from the Bent Creek Hilton and the Doubletree Park Vista hotels. Ride-sharing apps are difficult to come by in Gatlinburg and we recommend booking them well in advance.

When?

Doors open at 730 AM on May 17th for registration. Doors open at 8AM on the 18th. The event will come to a close at approximately 430 PM on both days.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at the Bent Creek Hilton (7-minute drive to the venue) or the Hilton Doubletree Park Vista (15-minute drive). Shuttles will run from both hotels to the convention venue. There will also be a fair amount of parking on location. There are also plenty of other hotels and Airbnb’s around Gatlinburg. Ride-sharing and taxis are scarce in Gatlinburg and must be booked well in advance.

What else?

There are no physical tickets for this event. You’ll be on a list and will have to register upon your first entrance. Food will be available for purchase at the venue for weekend convention pass holders. The cost for both lunches is $25 if purchased on the website or $30 at the door. All proceeds will go to our non-profit partners.

We’ll be fundraising non-profit groups, The American Diabetes Society, headed by Dr. Ken Berry, and Healthy Food 4 Kids.

Please note that Dr. Boz will only be attending the cabin retreat and not the convention. All other special guests listed on the poster will be attending and speaking at the convention.

About the cabin retreat

Where?

2855 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Someone will greet you upon your arrival and assist you to your room.

When?

Check-in is at 4:30 PM on May 15th and checkout is 11 AM on the 19th.

What else?

The retreat is all-inclusive, meaning it includes all meals, the convention, our regenerative farm tour and any other activities we’ll be participating in as a group. There will be two cabins side-by-side. King bedrooms fit two people and are shared (each attendee has to purchase a ticket). They include a fireplace, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a balcony.

Most of our food will be sourced from a local regenerative farm and cooked by our trained chefs. We’ll have three meals a day with food and snacks always available to guests if they require more. We strive our best to accommodate guests who have food intolerances (histamine intolerance, lion diet, GAPS etc.). Please get in touch with us directly if you have any special requests for your meals.

The closest airport is Knoxville, Tyson Mcghee. We will have shuttles running for pick-up and drop-off, but based on arrival and departure times, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. Please reach out to us beforehand to confirm.

Please note that the Berrys will only be attending the convention and will not be residing in the cabins. The rest of our guest speakers will be staying in the cabins.
